The message is the same as last time. It is CenturyLink the internet provider who blocks the access. Last time you also told you had the same issue with files from other hosts like mega.
The issue is similar to a browser that warns about dangerous links. The issue is random caused by McAfee which Century apparently use for customer protection.
It does not help to upload the file to another host. It is the file that triggers the issue.
You have to wait until Century gets the next update of their McAfee malware / virus protection.
Century can not solve the issue. They and you have to wait for McAfee to solve it as only McAfee is able to update the security program.
The only way to bypass the issue and get immediately access to the link is either to use a proxy server or a vpn. This creates a tunnel to an external server encrypting the connection between the external server and you. Then Century (McAfee) can not scan the file.
