Denim was formed in 1970 and the band is based in Austin, Texas. Denim's first album was released on Epic Records in 1977. The album was produced by John Boylan and the first he produced after Boston's debut album. At the time of the release the band was compared to the Eagles. The album was their only release on Epic. "Paris Is Burning" is called "Paris", and is actually a studio version as opposed to the live recording in Berlin from December 1982. The live performances were taken from concerts performed at the Blue Goose in Loomis, CA on July 9 and 10, 2010.
