I can’t find info about any expanded release of Time Passages, only info about expanded artwork. I have never seen the expanded artwork.
Even the version included in the 2014 – Original Albums Series only includes the original 9 tracks.
I think the latest remaster was made in 2004 by Bill Inglot & Dan Hersch and the same remaster has been reissued a couple of times since then.
