Definitely not an American band. Jamie Wright, Haydon Palmer, and Gary Banton are from London, and Carlos Creator is from Spain. They did have an American sound though, as a matter of fact singer Haydon Palmer sounds a lot like Axl Rose of Guns N Roses.
