Well you just finished the review for you, because now you'll know DieVanity: The band was founded in 2006 and, after completing the line-up, gives birth to the first EP titled "Objects In Mirror Are Closer Than They Appear" after an intense live activity, the release of our debut album, which i review today: "Ordinary Death of Something Beautiful".
Well, after this introduction, we can now speak of their proposal in detail: the band offers us as a sort of sound from subtle tints orecchiabilissimo Gothic Metal Alternative Rock, perfect for MTV, highly romantic but little obvious, but unfortunately the work is bad, in sense that it starts with an intro used thousands of times, which should be a massacre, various screams, blablabla I did not bode well ... luck has it that the band gets back up this fall for his powerful face smashing riffs and solos.
What I think listening to? 'How to win easy' in the sense that it is very easy to get good grades so strongly with proposals catchy, if there was a female voice would have crushed the competition since it has a bit more of the other bands that go back to the Gothic influences, perhaps the technique, maybe the ideas, perhaps the Rock vein, I do not know, something there.
The songs that stand out most? "Curtains Fall", "Kill Vanity", "A Change To The Night" and the closing title track and "Ordinary Death Of Something Beautiful".
In short, a good album, catchy and just assume, for everyone; only flaw? The intro, used thousands of times by thousands of other bands. For the rest passed with flying colors and recommended to lovers of romantic sounds that do not despise the aggressive Metal.
