Formed in July 2001, Austrian melodic hard rockers BADHOVEN released their debut album ‘Behind The Masquerade’ receiving very good reviews and establishing the band a new European force for the genre. The album sold well and was highly requested by American and Japanese fans from the genre as import.
All over its 2+ decades of existence BADHOVEN experimented some line up changes but consistently released new albums and toured all over the continent.
Now 2024 BADHOVEN are preparing the massive ‘Rock Thru Ages Tour’, and at the same time releaseing the compilation of the same name – “Rock Thru Ages” – including selections from all their albums, some of these tracks being re-mixed 2024 obtaining a refreshing, contemporary sound.
BADHOVEN’s music is classic – and very Germanic – Melodic Hard Rock with AOR touches, inspired by the glorious decade yet modern both in arrangements and production.
