John Eddie (born John Edward Cummings Jr. on July 9, 1959 in Richmond, Virginia) is an American rock singer. He originally formed The Front Street Runners band in 1981 and regularly played in clubs in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York until signing with Columbia records and releasing his first album in 1986. Musicians on the album includes Mike Landau (guitar), Phil Chen (bass), Max Weinberg (drums) and Mitchell Froom (keyboards). Nils Lofgren plays lead guitar on 4 tracks.

Weather Systems is the upcoming ninth studio album of atmospheric rock band Anathema. It is scheduled to be released on April 16, 2012 in Europe via Kscope and April 24, 2012 in the US via The End Records. The band describes the album as "not background music for parties. The music is written to deeply move the listener".[1] The album was recorded in Liverpool, North Wales and Oslo, each place significant to Anathema past, present and future. The record, was produced by band members Vincent Cavanagh and Daniel Cavanagh, and Christer-André Cederberg.
