Ela was founded by Michaela "Ela" Eichhorn after the dissolution of Com'n'Rail, a melodic rock / AOR band, in 2006. The band started as a melodic rock band and with Ela as the only constant member, the band soon switched to hard rock and heavy metal. This EP features J.R. Denim was formed in 1970 and the band is based in Austin, Texas. Denim's first album was released on Epic Records in 1977. The album was produced by John Boylan and the first he produced after Boston's debut album. At the time of the release the band was compared to the Eagles. The album was their only release on Epic.
