Progressive Metal band from Chile. Carlos Esquivel, Patricio Esquivel and Ricardo Susarte has been members of the same bands since the early 1990's. Originally the band was named Fixion playing progressive heavy metal. In 1996 they had changed the name to Metropolis and released an album on cassette now playing Progressive Power Metal. To avoid legal problems the band name was changed to Polimetro. More»


Issue #8 published September 1999 shows how the magazine was soon getting recognized as an influential partner to artists. Larry John McNally is a singer, songwriter & guitarist born in Bangor, Maine, U.S. This is his second release which includes the track "The Motown Song" used in the film Quicksilver in 1986. Rod Stewart recorded the song with The Temptations for the 1991 album Vagabond Heart. More»

Alisha was born on April 16, 1968 in Brooklyn, New York. At age 8, she began receiving vocal lessons and was coaxed into the music business by her parents, who arranged for studio recording sessions and recitals. At age 14, she joined the rock/dance group The Babysitters in Brooklyn. Her self-titled debut album was released in 1985 on Vanguard Records and included her biggest single to date, "Baby Talk", which reached No. 1 on the Hot Dance charts in December 1985.

How Dare You! is the fourth album by British band 10cc. Released in 1976, it included UK hit singles "I'm Mandy Fly Me" and "Art for Art's Sake". It was also the last 10cc album by the original line-up of Eric Stewart, Graham Gouldman, Kevin Godley and Lol Creme (for the latter two departed shortly thereafter to form Godley & Creme), until the four reformed (albeit briefly) for the 1992 album ...Meanwhile.
