Dave Clark wrote a science fiction stage musical, Time, which debuted in 1986. It played for two years in London's West End, starring Cliff Richard (replaced later by David Cassidy). The musical also launched a concept album called Time The Album which featured Cliff Richard, Freddie Mercury, Leo Sayer, Stevie Wonder and Dionne Warwick. Neil Young has announced his latest box set, the absolutely massive Neil Young Archives Vol. III (1976 – 1987). Out on September 6th, it boasts a total of 17 CDs and 5 Blu-rays, with four previously unreleased films. Pages was a Los Angeles based band active during the late 1970s and the early 1980s. The band consisted of Richard Page and Steve George on vocals and keyboards supported by various studio musicians, some of whom from time to time were considered part of the band. The Outfield archive is vast and spread across different recording formats. This unfortunately removed the ability to return to a studio environment and remix songs. With this in mind, apart from volume parity adjustments tracks remain faithful to the original source material. Hard rock band formed in late 1986 in Los Angeles by Jimmi Bleacher, Scott Lane, Michael Hannon and Khurt Maier. In 1987 Scott Lane was replaced by Pete Reveen. The band signed a record deal with Geffen and recorded a 3 track demo for Geffen prior to recording their debut album "Every Dog Has Its Day". Geffen had the demo duplicated to tape by US-American cassette replicator / duplicator  52nd Street which was based in Hollywood, California. In early 1985, Hellion's male members decided to split from vocalist Ann Boleyn. Boleyn soon gathered a new Hellion line-up featuring ex-Romeo guitarist Chet Thompson, ex-Lion bassist Alex Campbell, and ex-Dokken drummer Greg Pecka. More»


Hellion started as a cover group, covering songs by the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Scorpions and AC/DC. In an attempt to gain a major label recording contract the group entered Fiddler's Studio in Hollywood to record a demo.
