An excellent example of art and progressive rock of the second half of the 70s. The British band England, despite the originality of the name, released two good albums that have become classics of the genre.
Their work has absorbed the best that was achieved by the English symphonic rock bands of the 70s. The debut album Garden Shed shows the influence and traditions of the leading progressive bands of the time. Some of the vocals remind us of Yes with their lightness; guitar riffs echoing keyboard passages evoke associations with Queen.
