What does the Western Mass rock band Red Velvet Ribbon sound like? Well, imagine smashing your guitar on the punk rock, setting it on fire like it's the 90's, and then shaking it all up with a dash of radio rock and you've got yourself Red Velvet Ribbon. Formed in 2013 by 4 UMass Amherst students, the band is steeped in the traditions of good ole' fashioned rock n’ roll that blend seamlessly with modern rock influences to create a uniquely stylish sound all their own.
