Striker had an interesting sound, even by `70s rock standards. It's kind of bluesy, kind of glam, and pretty heavy at times. Maybe the Stones meet the Sweet meet, I dunno, TKO? The album has a nice groove and the keys are really fun, but the vocals are an acquired taste. Closing track "We Got the Power" is the only one that really gets close to the hard rock sound I was hoping to hear. The rest is fun enough, but not terribly memorable.
