Our own Greek outfit Wild Rose started, and there is nothing stopping them now! After a sensational debut album and a wonderful offer solo guitarist Andy Rock, Wild Rose returned (to attack) and are ready to prove once again the two main points: first of all, is that they are not only a force to be reckoned with in the sound of AOR, but they really are the undisputed leaders of the genre, when it comes to the Greek musical reality. The second point is that the briar can and should be a role model for other groups in Greece beginners who want to play in this style of music. In other words, they have to show the way, as good, melodic, radio-friendly music should be designed and implemented.
"Dangerous" is actually not much different than the first album, Wild Rose's website. I'm sure the band would not have it any other way. All 10 songs are well-crafted and elegantly display all the track AOR must have: melodic guitar lines, impeccable lead and backing vocals, heartbreaking lyrics, and especially ear catching choruses that will haunt you even listening to the first session. "Dangerous" is full of these elements, and we just could not ask for more. If only, the production would be better than the Wild Rose in "Dangerous" would be a worthy competitor for all these groups from abroad! Not that they're good luck with money, that is ...
