German melodic power metal outfit Voice is finally back. The band has signed with Massacre Records and will release a new album, called "The Storm". The band - newly reformed as a quartet, consisting of vocalist Oliver Glas, guitarist Thommy Neuhierl, bassist Sören Glas as well as drummer Stephan "Stocki" Stockburger - has been around since 1995 and has already released several studio albums.
