Dutch hardrock band, existed from approx. 1982-1987. Most known for their song "Burning Heart", which even made it to the American charts. Vandenberg released 3 albums on Atlantic sub label Atco. The band folded when Adrian Vandenberg (Adje Van den Berg) accepted an offer to join Whitesnake.
In January 2020, guitarist Adrian Vandenberg announced that the Vandenberg name would once again be used for an all new lineup and new album featuring former Rainbow vocalist Ronnie Romero on vocals, Rudy Sarzo on bass and Brian Tichy on drums.
On March 26, 2020, it was announced that Vandenberg will release their first studio album in 35 years, simply titled 2020, on May 29.
