Hair Metal has sent an arctic chill from the Great White North and delivered “We Want It Now”, just in time for Christmas. The fun, Ontario, Canada based act TURBOSNAKE released this new album past December 25th, a new collection of contagious tunes with that ’80s imprint all over.

Turbosnake’s bombastic Arena Rock adventure began as a project in April of 2020 when founder bassist Eric Roelofsen decided to begin writing some songs in the style he loved: Sunset Strip metal. The songs were born from Eric’s deep-seeded love of classic Hair Metal, big hooks, heavy guitar and melody-driven runs injected with some Glitz and Glam.
After their entertaining 2021 debut album, now the guys are back with “We Want It Now”, a fresh set of songs that will put a big smile on your face. This is a self-managed band, but everything sounds fine, indie but good. We really like the ”80s Wrestler Production” style.

Opener ‘Dogfight (The Fight Of Your Life)’ feels like a lost 1989 Danger Danger song, ‘One Woman Wrecking Crew’ takes best of Motley’s swagger, then while written ‘Lascivious Ways’ the guys seems to have been listening ‘7800º Fahrenheit’ all day.
TURBOSNAKE stick closely to what make the genre so beloved by many. It’s the type of album you can throw on and bang your head to when you want mindless entertainment and strong glam metal hooks.

Be aware there’s a fake / transcoded demo version floating the web, this is the real “We Want It Now” release.
