Concert held in remembrance of Jeff Porcaro at the Universal Amphitheater in Los Angeles on December 14, 1992, with an all-star line-up that included George Harrison, Boz Scaggs, Donald Fagen, Don Henley, Michael McDonald, David Crosby, Eddie Van Halen, and the members of Toto. The proceeds of the concert were used to establish an education trust fund for Porcaro's sons.
This 2003 bootleg was mastered from the original soundboard recordings of the show lasting close to 3h 20 min.
In 2017 Toto officially released an edited 2h 41min. 2cd version of the show on their own Leftfield Media label (Toto & Friends , The Jeff Porcaro Tribute Concert).
