The group existed in 1971-1972 and was created by former members of the beat group The Dick Scott Company (or Windmill), after the death in a car accident in May 1970 of their leader Dick Scott .
The band's managers were Ken Howard and Alan Blaikely (Matthews Southern Comfort, The Herd, Dave Dee Dozy Beaky Mick and Titch). The only album of this group with a strange name (Tonton Macoute, Tonton Macoute - the Haitian guard of the dictator Francois Duvalier, "cannibal uncles with bags") was released in 1971 .
