After a year of silence, Thunder Rising, the creation of guitarist Frank Caruso, returns with a bang, giving fans of pure British hard rock another brilliant EP, made up of five tracks that are truly precious gems of the genre.

With a singer of excellent caliber in the engine like Alessio Spini, pushing and trying new solutions did not immediately appear to be a problem for the band who immediately revealed themselves to be inspired with the opener "Master Of Destiny" which closely reminds us of Whitesnake in the 1, the one in which the band included people like Ian Paice, John Lord and Bernie Mardsen at the service of Dave Coverdale. The melodies are as airy as the chorus which is able to readily make a difference.
