The Jade was founded in the summer of 2004 in the Eastern Helsinki to feed the members’ number one desire – rock´n´roll music. In the end of the year 2004, the self-produced Heatwave EP was recorded. The following release, self-produced mini-album, Slow Motions On The Fast Lanes, was released in the Autumn of 2006. The album achieved good reception also internationally.
