November 25, 1976 at the Winterland Arena in San Francisco (California, USA) a concert of The Band took place, to which many rock stars were invited as guest performers. Part of this concert could still be seen in the Martin Scorsese film The Last Waltz. But true fans of rock music are always much more interested in full performances, rather than "castrated" selections. And now this opportunity has arisen. And even if the previously missing parts are filled with not very high-quality black-and-white video sequence, it is still an order of magnitude better than what we had before. It is especially pleasing that the performance of the concert has been restored in the sequence that was observed by those few lucky ones who were spectators at the live performance.
