If you're a fan of traditional heavy metal, then you're probably already acquainted withMalice. Forming in Southern California in 1980, the group's Judas Priest-flavored songwriting made them a popular draw on the club scene and helped them land a spot on the now classic Metal Massacre compilation that Metal Blade's Brian Slagelreleased in 1982.

After signing with Atlantic Records, Malice went on to release two albums (1985's In the Beginning..., 1986's License to Kill) before breaking up (An EP called Crazy in the Night, featuring two session vocalists, was released in 1989, posthumously).
