Finnish Drama Metal quintet Tacere comes back with a new album. Tacere’s second album ”At World’s End” will be released in autumn 2012. The band has been preparing ”At World’s End” since 2008 in three countries. The fresh single ”Break Me” was released as a digital download on Friday 15.6. by Grassbay Records.
Tacere has had its ups and downs during the past years. The mini-album ”A Voice in the Dark” made top ten in Finnish charts and the debut album ”Beautiful Darkness” was a success in Japan. Tacere experienced a set back when the singer Helena left the band. Fortunately there were hundreds of applicants all over the world reaching for the lead singer’s vacancy. Eventually the one that Tacere needed the most was Taiya from Finland.
Karri, the guitarist tells about the process: ”It took a long time but the situation is looking very bright now. We’ve learned a great lesson during the break. Now we can focus on playing good music without being too serious about everything. The new single has brought us loads of positive feedback from new and old fans. It seems that no one has forgotten Tacere so now it’s the time to start pushing it harder!”
