Bassist Simon Simon not only has an excellent command of his bass, but is also the band's technical guru. Stinger has already received a number of awards. Their first record was awarded "Hardrock Album Of The Year 2017" at the German Rock & Pop Awards, they won the German Rock & Pop Award for their album "Colourblind" for "Best Hard Rock Album 2019". They did it again with the prestigious title "Best German Hard Rock Band 2019" and the award "Best Hardrock Song 2021". In the early days, the band was clearly oriented towards the sound of the Australian greats, but now the influences are so widespread that it is no longer possible to compare Stinger with any other band. The five hard rockers from Allersberg have found their very own, down-to-earth sound.
The highlight is Billy Sheehan from Mr. Big, David Lee Roth and The Winery Dog, who is a real genius on the bass and immortalized himself on the song "Chasing Utopia". A piece of rock history is being written here. Hard rock with a touch of blues, Stinger partying with all their hearts out.
