CIPHER is a progressive band, originally from Bergen, Norway, that are new to the scene. Their sound contains elements of Metal, Prog Rock, Classic Rock and Melodic / AOR. Many musicians have contributed their skills to the tracks, but the main person is the lead vocalist of Erik Softland.
