In 2006, Guitar Center "Guitarmaggedon" called Ryan - "Next King Of The Blues" a candidate for New Mexico, and more recently, in 2007, he was nominated for the "Best Blues Act" as a result of a reader vote in The Weekly Alibi's . Ryan also received a 2007 New Mexico Music Award for Best Musical Production: Blues at home, in addition to being nominated for Best Musical Production: Mainstream / Rock. Currently, at the age of 21, releasing the debut CD "Forward In Reverse", he performs throughout the southwest United States with the support of his band.
