Our friends in RISE AND SHINE release the new album "In The Shadow", and of course we are going to celebrate with us!
"In the Shadow" is the fifth disc of RISE AND SHINE. The album title is part of the song title "Childhood in the Shadow of the Bomb", which tells us how it was growing up in an uneasy world during the Cold War with the threat of nuclear war hanging like a heavy jacket over its shoulders. The title "In the Shadow" also describes how the band looks at its long career and its music. RISE AND SHINE has always been a bit in the shade and always gone its own way without ever compromising.
