GOOD OL' AUSSIE ROCK
Good old ‘no-pretentions’ Aussie Pub Rock has brought us some great bands over the years and judging by the quality and variety here on the new album by ‘Raise The Crazy’ we could well have another band to love. What you get here is eleven tracks of rock and roll mayhem, but all great energetic beer-soaked stuff. Just the sort of music to enjoy a lost weekend to.
Sonically this is Aussie pub rock, and bloody good it is too. Give this a spin and uts hard to find anything you won’t like in these 12 tracks, equally though, and perhaps tellingly there’s nothing to really lift the roof off the house. Personally I could play this all day and be perfectly happy and if you like your Rose Tattoo and AC/DC you’ll appreciate where these guys from Sydney are coming from musically.
