Platforms is an example of one of the positive aspects of the modern Internet culture that we find ourselves in. In a dark period of his life, singer Jordan Cox filled his hard drive from his Chicago apartment with countless unrealized and unreleased songs. One day he found Swedish producer Michael Palace on Instagram and sent him a direct message.

After sharing their love of rock and modern synthesizer music, the two quickly began reviving Jordan's demos and writing new songs. Through Dropbox exchanges and Facebook Messenger, they created a full album in a matter of months.

The Future That Never Happened" is an exciting mix of rock, pop and synthwave filled to the brim with '80s nostalgia. The album was released in digital format in 2020 and fans have been asking for a physical version ever since.
