Since the early Eighties Australian songwriter, vocalist & guitarist PAUL HEEREN was part of many bands including progressive rock band ‘Montage’, before moving to UK after joining the band ‘The Times’ recording several albums with them, working for commercial ads music, as session musician and songwriter for others.
Meanwhile Paul recorded his own songs as solo artist and with a band he started in the second half of the ’80s but none of these tracks were released back in the day… until now…
We’re bringing to you in exclusive “Cruise“, an album released 2022 by himself including all the PAUL HEEREN recordings from the era, digitally remastered and with a stupendous production / audio quality. Paul also added the unreleased, very early tracks he recorded with powerhouse female vocalist Jan Parker Stevens.
This is blood-pumping, action-movie type of AOR we all love similar to Robert Tepper, John Parr, Stan Bush, etc, wonderful true ’80s stuff that sounds escaped from a lost film soundtrack from the glorious decade.
“Cruise” has been silently released with no promotion of any kind, but 0dayrox team is always there to dig deep and bring to you these kind of buried gems.
AWESOME stuff… You’ve seen it first at 0dayrox
