Jim Rafferty is a brother of Gerry Rafferty, who produced most of the tracks on the album. Session musicians included Herbie Flowers, Tim Renwick, Lawrence Juber, Francis Monkman, Peter Van Hoek and Madeleine Bell among others  His song "I See Red" was recorded by Clannad and Anni-Frid Lyngstad as well as Gerry.
