Rain is a new name on the progressive rock front that unites Andy Edwards (IQ, Frost, Magenta, Cyan, Ezra) - Drums John Jowitt (Arena, Caamora, arK, IQ, Frost, Jadis) - Bass again after ten years or so since their IQ / Frost days. More genius level music from Mr.Kotzen. This man has totally changed my perspective on music and what one person can do, if they simply put their mind to it. This album is a mix of soul, funk, pedal steel country, rock, dare I say even possible pop (title track). There is no reason why he shouldn't be WAY bigger then he is. I rave about him constantly to my friends to the point where I'm sure they are tired of hearing about it. " You" is a favorite around the house. "Shake it off" is brilliant. More»

In the 70’ies “Stone Cold” would have been a hallelujah million-selling hardrock-cd for THEFORCE, but we are in 2012 and sadly the music-world is different nowadays… Nevertheless they will not achieve this dream it has become a masterwork with modern, dynamic sound. It has been produced again by V.O. Pulver at Little Creek Studios.
1989's We May Not Be American But We Still **ck is the debut (and only) release from European sleaze rockers B!tch's Brue. This is your basic sleazy hair metal album with a raspy female vocalist. Think Smashed Gladys, only sloppier, with a Pretty Boy Floyd image. In fact, it's pretty obvious the band spent more time worrying about that image than they did learning to play instruments or writing halfway decent songs. This is amateur sleaze rock all the way.
