The first three songs are not by Van Halen, but were widely believed to be, so they are on the CD set by error.
The next nine songs were recorded at one of Van Halen´s early club gigs. They are from different sets of the evening of 21th September 1976 at the "Bogart" in San Bernardino.

Officially never released on cd though a version in 2012 was made available at iTunes as Time - The Musical, Acts I and Acts II.
Dave Clark wrote a science fiction stage musical, Time, which debuted in 1986. It played for two years in London's West End, starring Cliff Richard (replaced later by David Cassidy). The musical also launched a concept album called Time The Album which featured Cliff Richard, Freddie Mercury, Leo Sayer, Stevie Wonder and Dionne Warwick.
