The Swedish band Overdrive formed in 1980 from two local bands Paradize and Ocean. In December 1980 the first demo with the songs "Overdrive" and "20th Century" was released.
In 1981 the band recorded MLP "Reflexions" with their own money, which becomes collectible material as only 500 copies were made. The band writes the tracks "Tonight" and "Damnation Angel" for the local compilation "Rockslaget" (SOS 1982). Overdrive plays concerts and festivals with bands such as Mercyful Fate, Pretty Maids, Silver Mountain, EF Band, etc.
