Original live recording made at the Hammersmith Odeon by BBC Radio 1. The album release was produced by Nils Lofgren and Tim Foster. The 1986 release on vinyl is the only version including 19 tracks.
Lofgren's concerts displayed his reputation for theatrics, such as playing guitar while doing flips on a trampoline.
On June 25, 2019, The New York Times Magazine listed Nils Lofgren among hundreds of artists whose material was reportedly destroyed in the 2008 Universal fire.
