”Face The Music” is the new album from MIKE WALSH & Five To Life, the creation of guitarist Mike Walsh. Best known for his work with his melodic rock band DEPARTURE (as well as MESSAGE, The Lec Zorn Project and many Tribute albums), Walsh says he has taken a different approach to his music on this record, a more earthy, natural sound.
Based in the timeless American classic rock sound spiced with melodic rock guitars (Walsh also perform keys) the songs on ”Face The Music” embody thoughts, feelings, emotions, and relationships.
Walsh formed the band with experienced musicians and there’s many guest spots on this album – such as David Rosenthal of RAINBOW, RED DAWN), or Dave Anthony (SIGNAL RED) among others – rich of fine songwriting, exemplary musicianship and solid production.
