Description: Living Color hard rock captures moves characteristic of for music of the late 60s - early 70s, but the success of the group is explained not only by the nastalgia for those times, but by the high professional level of musicians, their outstanding a composer's gift. Group leader V. Reid received a classic musical education, played in various jazz-rock groups, such as Defunkt, Decoding Society. With the advent of a new rhythm section the band changed their sound and Mick Jagger drew attention to them. V. Reid took part in the recording of Jagger's second solo disc,and he, in turn, produced L.C.'s deme-tape, thanks to which the band managed to sign a contract with Epic.
