Originally released 2014 and since then not a easy album to get a copy of, DeadLine / CleoRecs is reissuing LITA FORD‘s ”Live & Deadly”. Recorded live at “one of Lita’s favorite watering holes in South California” in 2000, this album blasts with astonishing energy featuring Ford’s finest, including the blockbuster single “Close My Eyes Forever” plus “Kiss Me Deadly,” “Hungry,” “Shot Of Poison” and more.
Now digitally remastered, properly edited, and featuring completely new artwork, for this reissue ”Live And Deadly” comes into a slick Digipack.
Lita said she is most comfortable on stage than into the tedious studio sessions – in front of a crowd singing her songs, wearing leather and bashing out licks, riffs and solos on her Warlock guitar. ”Live & Deadly” rocks indeed, rawer, however it’s a very well recorded set, clean, and now polished for better listening experience.
Despite the Digipack printing only display 10 tracks, this reissue includes all the original 13 songs.
