FrontWhen it comes to AOR/MHR, I think you can count the good bands from Brazil on one hand but Krystal Tears is a new one and a really good one.Yes, these Brazilian AOR-rockers recorded this album back in 2006 but never got a worldwide release but now you can find this in the best online AOR-shops. This is a nice mixture of White Lion (guitars), Harlan Cage (keyboards) and Last Autumn’s Dream - then you get the picture how Krystal Tears sound like.

The quality of this album is good with a couple of tracks that stands out more. Some of the songs soundalike so with more variety on the next album and these guys will be something to watch out for. Still this is an album that should not be missed by AOR-listeners. The vocals are good but a few times you hear some accent problems but that’s not anything that will disturb in anyway.

Best songs are the great melodic rockers a´la White Lion "Withered Roses", "Prisoner Of Your Love" and the strong "Last Day" with a brilliant chorus that sounds like Last Autumn’s Dream.
A very nice AOR album that shows that Brazil not only has soccer to talk about because Krystal Tears has shown that.
