Jennifer Rush (actually Heidi Stern) is perhaps best known for the smash hit "The Power Of Love". But thought in this text to highlight the album "Heart Over Mind" from 1987. A great record where she collaborates with, among others, Harold Faltermeyer, Michael Bolton, Elton John, Desmond Child, Richie Sambora, Dan Huff, Nathan East, Leland Sklar, Anton Fig and Mike Braun to name a few.
Here you can find songs like "I Come Undone", "Down To You", "Heart Over Mind", "Stronghold", "Flames Of Paradise (duet with Elton John) and "Heart Wars". The record reached relatively high on the charts at the time, with the song "Flames of Paradise" charting the most of the three singles released. The disc is filled with good AOR/pop songs that should be noticed again.
