Resilient, London-based, Fedora-sportin' British blues rocker Jack J Hutchinson - described by Classic Rock Magazine as 'a real rock contender' - announces his brand-new 10-track album, "Battles", recorded at Momentum Studios in Plymouth and produced & co-written with Josiah J Manning (Kris Barras Band, Inglorious).
"Working with Josiah was an eye-opener," Jack enthuses, "he encouraged me to write meaningful lyrics more upliftingly and that's what this new music is. It felt like unlocking who I am as an artist."
"Battles" is packed with anthemic lyrics of defiance and rebel strength in the face of adversity. It sees Hutchinson at his most exposed and is charged with the power of catharsis and purging darkness and hurt. Doing so gives Jack more strength than any record previously.
