One of the best 80's Pop / Rock albums from Canada. Although Hit the ground runnin was a one hit wonder, their debut album Sudden Impact is supposingly one of the most sought after CD / Vinyl of all time. Original copies are said to been sold for a couple thousand dollars on Ebay and Amazon.
All songs are full of hooks, keys and flash guitar work comparible to the the many hair bands back then. Rumseys lead vocals were strong as were the production values from start to finish. I've seen free downloads on the net if you can find them. Worth getting. They've had 2 more releases since then that are just as strong if you can find them.
