Highride was founded in 2006 by Peter Waljus (vocals & guitar), Andreas Falk (bass) and Nicke Rosell (drums) and started out playing live in the summer of 2008. In 2010 lead guitarist Ted Philip joined the band, and the line-up was complete.
With over 70 gigs behind them, they have shared stage with bands such as Hardcore Superstar, Crashdïet and Raubtier. The debut video “Song Of Your Decay” was released in September 2012, and in August 2013 came the second single named “Bad Habit”. Both songs gained quite alot of attention on various radio stations around the world.
Highride released their self-titled debut album in December 2013, produced by Tomas Skogsberg (Backyard Babies, The Hellacopters, Entombed). With a unique blend of punk, rock ‘n’ roll and hard rock – and a high-energy live show – Highride are without a doubt a band that should be seen live!
