From the moment GUZZLER formed (2005), the idea was always to provide an entertaining rock experience. Originally a cover band, belting out tunes by AC/DC, KISS, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Angels, the Poor, ZZ Top, and Black Sabbath, amongst others in their 3 hour sets.
In 2007, the Guzzler boys took to writing their own songs and developing an array of tunes that sit nicely in the Aussie pub rock genre, and after releasing the E.P ..”Sex, Rock & Booze” in late 2008 and filling support slots with the Angels, Rose Tattoo, Choir Boys + Noiseworks, and playing hundreds of gigs in the sweaty, beer barns of Australia’s southern states, the guys from Guzzler took a break and reviewed their commitment to “the ultimate hard rock experience”
