Young Classic Rockers GRETA VAN FLEET released their 8-track EP “From The Fires” in 2017 before their full length debut album, which won the 61st Grammy Award for “Best Rock Album”. Oddly, the record never was released in Asia, now 2024 has been arranged this Japanese edition for the first time, and on high quality SHM-CD format.
This EP was released on November 10, 2017, and debuted at No. 1 on the US Hard Rock Albums Chart. “From The Fires” is in fact an ‘Extended EP’ as packs a total of 8 songs, including the 4 tracks from GRETA VAN FLEET shocking debut EP “Black Smoke Rising” including the debut single “Highway Tune” (which was No. 1 on the US Rock Radio Chart and US Mainstream Rock Songs Chart for 5 consecutive weeks) that rock fans all over the world went crazy for.
So “From The Fires” comprises the 4 songs from the first EP plus 4 new tracks > 2-EPs-in-1.
