2010 debut solo album from the British Blues bassist, best known for his work with Rory Gallagher and Nine Below Zero. McAvoy played with Gallagher for 30 years and was the only consistent factor on all of Rory's 14 solo albums which have sold over 30 million copies worldwide.
After Gallagher's death in 1995 Gerry moved on and joined Nine Below Zero, with whom he still plays with today all over the world. Can't Win 'Em All captures not only his solid bass line, complex notes, rhythms and songwriting skills but also his deep warm enchanting vocals. Angel Air.
