Gargola was formed in mid 2003 with Nelson Alemán on drums and Eduardo Quijas on guitar, under the name "Eternal Fire" directing his style to black metal. After a few years the band Ricardo Díaz and Eduardo Martínez made their presence in the voice and guitar respectively, with this lineup they begin to perform at local events and homemade hits, this is happening in 2008.
