That German quartet RIVER MASTER manages with his album "varnish" actually to leave the beaten track of the complete German rock and to surprise the listener with an unusual sound. The band also provides, inter alia, be influenced by the Beatles, ZZ TOP, ELVIS, LED ZEPPELIN, BLACK SABBATH or DEEP PURPLE.Somehow one feels at the Flowerpower music the sixties and seventies but remember here is it rocking and so come with me here and there associations with BLESSED on.
I can, however, at least for the latter, to sign not one hundred percent, because the guys really do not play heavy rock or even metal. However, the quality does not detract from this and I am sure that many listeners will still hear other influences from the ten songs for themselves.
Conclusion: FLUXMEISTER supply fresh food for all those who love German pop rock. If you want to pre-listening again, this should be done on the opener "Flow", "Live sound" or "pass on".
