A few weeks ago, the melodious rock band Flight of Icarus released its self-titled debut album, now available through our blog.

FLIGHT OF ICARUS is an exciting new melodic pop-metal duo hailing from the city of Gothenburg, located on the west coast of Sweden. Fronted by the outstanding singer and musical performer Elisabeth Särnefält plus multi-instrumentalist Oskar Frantzén (ex. Miasmic Theory), the duo brings you an original mixture of many imaginative elements with focus on giant sounds and stellar hooks with that BFC (Big F**king Chorus) factor.
By media described as a melodic hybrid between pop, rock and modern metal embedded in cinematic, atmospheric and almost visual soundscapes, FLIGHT OF ICARUS sure got something special going on.
